Refund policy

Important disclosures

  • By placing an order with Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd., the customer agrees to all store policies.

  • Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. is not liable for delivery delays or losses caused by third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • Route Protection / shipping insurance is offered. If the customer declines it, Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. does not take responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Due to sanitary protocols, all items are final sale.

  • Product colors shown on screens may differ from the real item color.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

  • After dispatch, packages are handled by shipping providers, and Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd.’s liability is limited.

  • Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. recommends purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

  • If shipping insurance was purchased, lost, stolen, or damaged package claims should be submitted to info@kineticsnailsusa.com.

  • Shipping insurance is non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.

  • If the customer did not purchase shipping insurance, any lost, missing, or mis-delivered package must go through the official carrier claim process.

  • Without shipping insurance, Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. will only reship or refund after the carrier completes its investigation and approves the claim.

Defective items

  • If a product is defective or does not work properly, Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. will handle it case by case, either with a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.

  • A claim must be submitted within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required.

  • Equipment such as drills and dust collectors is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and related claims are handled through Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. with the manufacturer.

Returns

  • All sales are final, except for the exceptions stated above.

Return process

  • To start a claim for damaged goods, the customer must email info@kineticsnailsusa.com and include “claim” in the subject line.

  • After email receipt, the customer may be asked to fill out a return form.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Returns for non-sale items may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Exceptions

  • Damage claims are reviewed case by case.

  • For defective or damaged products, customers should contact info@kineticsnailsusa.com.

Please note

  • No changes can be made to an order after it has shipped.

  • To request an order change, the customer must contact Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. no later than 3 hours after placing the order.

Exchanges

  • Kinetics Nail Systems, Ltd. does not offer exchanges at this time due to hygienic practices.
